I am a management trainer and I am developing a presentation on the new U.K. Investors in People indicators (criteria for gaining a bench mark award re the way organisations manage and develop people to meet busines goals). I am looking for information about the quantities of various nutrients in common vegetables, per kilo. This is so I can pursue a fairly ludicrous analogy between what, say, a tomato is capable of providing, and what are brains are capable of in terms of number of possible thought connections. Hello, Does anyone know where I can find an illustrated atlas of squash varieties? I bought some winter squash, but I have no idea what they are. The woman who sold them couldn't remember. Then I went and bought some acorn squash and the guy told me he didn't know what the other kind of squash I had bought was either, but he said it was likely to be a cross-pollinated squash and wouldn't be good to eat. Is that a common thing or was he just giving me the run-around? Thanks. P
